I'm Not Giving Up!

I have finally lost a little weight!! I almost always weigh more on Monday than I do on Friday. However, this week I actually weigh less. I think one factor is I have started cooking. I have a serious aversion to raw meat, so I have never enjoyed cooking before. Now you can buy so many varieties of precooked meats that I don't have to deal with it. Before my husband and I would either go out or get take out. I'm having trouble tracking my points, but it still seems to be working. Plus, I think we are saving money. It's hard to tell at first because you have to gather so many ingredients, but now that I have some it's getting easier. I would love to feel better about my weight by May, my birthday.

Why Is It SO Hard To Be Good?!

Dear Lord!!! I've been trying to be on this diet for months and actually telling people about it for 2 weeks. I have in fact, made progress. I am back to the weight I started at. I know that doesn't sound like anything, but I went on a party bender and was way up. Well?! I'm not perfect! I'm party girl on a diet, not perfect person on a diet!
I have already gone the first day, today, with out tracking my points. However, I had fun and I did start my day with a walk. I also saw a great band and some great friends. I give today a high happiness mark.

Party Girls First Week On A Diet

Day7:

It was a rough week. There was way more fun to be had than I had points to do it with. Poor me! Well, it could e worse:) I did lose some of the water weight from going out so I'm actually back to where I started. I learned a few things from my first week documenting my diet and that's a win. My husband is off this week so I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunities to go out to dinner and drink. I need to increase my exercise and be sure to track my points.

I Gained Weight!!!!

Day 4:

So, it's day four of this party girl trying to diet and I have actually gained weight!!! WTF?! I guess eating out and not exercising much isn't a good weight loss plan. I did lose track of my points at dinner last night. Today is the start of a new Weight Watchers week, so I'm not going to give up.
Here's my plan, I'm going to try again with tracking my points. Even when it's bad news. I am also going to shoot for 30 minutes of exercise 4 days this week. Wish me luck!
