The Self Challenge 2008

It's that time of year again. The sun is starting to shine, flowers are starting to bloom, and swimsuit season looms like a big fat cloud. Just when I start to panic, Self magazine saves the day with their annual Self Challenge. Beginning with the March issue, they give you a complete workout guide including cardio and strength training for three months.
